RETURN POLICY

Returns

Items purchased online that have not been opened will be eligible for a return within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and with the safety seal intact. We will issue you a return label to use and refund you via the original payment method. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee that will be subtracted from your refunded amount. 

We do not offer returns or refunds after a product has been opened due to our inability to restock the product for safety reasons, but please message us at info@goodnewsorganics.com if you are unsatisfied and we will work with you to make it right.

To start a return, you can login to your account from GoodNewsOrganics.com and process your return directly. Or you can contact us at info@goodnewsorganics.com to begin a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if your order was incorrect. We can evaluate the issue and send you another item right away at no charge. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns if the item(s) have been opened. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific items before opening. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
